When I was in my teens, my father often told me to wake up early in the morning and sleep on time. Since childhood, we are taught this early to rest and early to raise a healthy, wealthy, and wise person. But most people today are habitual of sleeping late at night. Many of us cannot even imagine sleeping before midnight, and any time before at least 8 AM seems to be too early to wake up. But when people say that it is good to wake up early in the morning, they say it for a reason.
